- Part Number which is usually mentioned on the drawing. (Alphanumeric values are accepted).
Part Description:-
- Enter Part Description which is usually mentioned on the drawing for example Bumper, Cover, Upper body, etc. (Alphanumeric values are accepted).

B) Volume (Number of Pieces Produced)

Annual Volume:-
- Number of Pieces that are Required in a Year. (Limit set for the tool: 1-10000000 Nos).
Lot Run Size:-
- The Number of Pieces to be Processed in a Single Setup
(Note: - Suggested value in Input box is Avg. monthly lot run Size. If you want to change simply override this value.) (Limit set for the tool: 1 – 10000000 Nos).

C) Minimum Required Inputs

Select Material:-
- Select the material type from the drop-down list like Steel, Aluminum, Stainless steel.
Select Raw Blank Shape:-
- Select the Raw Blank Shape type from the drop-down list like Flat Bar/Block, Round Bar, Casting, Forging, Extrusion.
Finish Part Length(mm) - L:-
- Enter the(Limit set for the tool is 10 – 950 mm).
Finish Part Width / Diameter(mm) - W:-
- Enter the(Limit set for the tool is 10 – 500 mm).
Finish Part Height (mm) - H:-
- Enter the(Limit set for the tool is 10 – 150 mm).
Material Gross Weight (KG) without scrap:-
- Raw material Gross Weight (Without scrap) (Before Machining without scrap) (Please Enter Extrusion, Casting, Forging Wt. before machining).
Part Net Weight (kg):-
- Final Weight of the part as given on the drawing.
# of Drilling Holes (Between Dia. 1-5mm):-
- Enter the(Limit set for the tool is 0 – 10 mm).

# of Tight Tolerance Holes (Reaming Holes) (<±0.05mm) (<±0.002 Inches):-
