This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) is made by and between Lean Cost Engineering, LLC d/b/a Collaborative Supply Chains (hereinafter “Company”), a Michigan limited liability company with an address or notice purposes of 7457 Franklin Road, Suite 200, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301, and you, the user (“you”, “your” or “User”).

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that govern the use of the Company’s website (“Website” or “Websites” or “Site”).
