- Part Number which is usually mentioned on the drawing. (Alphanumeric values are accepted).
Manufacturing Location:-
- Select the Location of manufacturing of the part.
- (Pick it from selected dropdowns: USA, CHINA, MEXICO, INDIA, WESTERN EUROPE, EASTERN EUROPE).
Annual Volume:-
- The Number of Pieces that are Required in a Year.
- (Limit set for the tool: 1- 10000000 Nos).
Lot Run Size:-
- The Number of Parts to be Processed in a Single Setup (Less than or equal to Annual volume).
(Note: - Suggested value in Input box is Avg. monthly lot run Size. If you want to change simply override this value.)

B) PCB Information (Primary)

Length of PCB Board (mm) :-
- One of the largest dimensions of the PCB.(Limit set for the tool: 1mm - 650mm)
Width of PCB Board (mm) :-
- One of the shortest dimensions of the PCB. (Limit set for the tool: 1mm - 450mm)
Panel
No. of Layers: -
Select no. of layers of PCB. (Pick it from the selected dropdown: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16)
Laminate Board Thickness (mm)
-Default laminate board thickness is given as per the application selected. (User can override the value if needed from the dropdown which is 0.8, 1, 1.2, 1.6, 2, 2.4)

C) PCB Information (Secondary)Application

Application:-
- Select an application from the dropdown list provided below:
1. Automotive: - Automotive applications like headlamps, tail lamps, and dashboards (speedometer).
2. Communication: - (Mobile, Tab, TV, Electronic Gadgets, Laptop etc.)

- The Default Type of Depanelization is given as per the application selected.
- (User can override the value if needed from the dropdown which is V-Grooving, Tab-Routing)

- One of the largest dimensions of the PCB Panel. (Limit set for the tool: 1mm - 660mm).

Panel Width (mm):-
- One of the largest dimensions of the PCB Panel. (Limit set for the tool: 1mm -660mm).
(User can override the value if needed)
Temperature Gradient (°C):-
- The Default Temperature Gradient is given as per the application selected.
-(User can override the value if needed from the dropdown which is Normal 130 °C – 140 °C, Medium 150 °C, High >= 170 °C)
Solder Mask Colour:-
- The Default Solder Mask Colour is given as per the application selected.
- (User can override the value if needed from the dropdown which is Green, Red, White, Blue, Yellow, Black)
Silk Screen/Legend Colour:-
- The Default Silk Screen/Legend Colour is given as per the application selected.
- (User can override the value if needed from the dropdown which is Green, Red, White, Yellow, Black)
Type of Surface Finish:-
- The Default Base Copper thickness is given as per the application selected.
- (User can override the value if needed from the dropdown which is Tin-Lead HASL, Lead-Free HASL, ENIG, ENEPIG, ImAg)
Control Impedance:-
- The Default Control Impedance is given as per the application selected.
- (User can override the value if needed from the dropdown which is Required or Not required)
Finish Copper Thickness (Micron):-
- The Default Finish Copper Thickness is given as per the application selected.
